Reporting And Deficiency Program

NFPA now requires that cleaning company are required to notify their customers of any deficiencies in writing of any deficiency NFPA cleaning standards. The good news is that Facilitec USA has been notifying customers of their deficiencies for many years. We create what we call a deficiency work order and then mail, email, or fax to the appropriate customer personnel and/or location. Any open deficiencies also show up on the deficiencies.
